1.Backup and Restore 
Always put them off  while using network data unless your are using Wi-Fi. 

2.Location Acess 
Always put off location access,, when ticked that means your phone will be communicating with Google servers hence much data charges 

Good to go..... they might look simple settings but will cost you much if you're using limited data package.
